Heyyo, what’s kickin’, covid crew? This has turned into a busy summer despite no travel. Of course our house is totally redone* like many other houses in America (son #1 works at Home Depot and can attest to the 10x sales). We spent a lot of time at the lake. We have our cohort for socializing. We have remained safe from fires and healthy from COVID**.
Mostly it’s been a quieter year. No conventions or appearances. A good year for writing, which I’ve been doing, though not enough of. However, THE RELIC OF PORTHEUGH is nearing 50K words, so it’s gradually becoming book-shaped. Yes I’m the slowest writer on the planet shut up.
The other will be MILE HI CON, my home con, this year of course different cuz of THE COVID so we’ll be hanging out online instead. No word on that schedule so it’ll be up here when I’ve got it.
Wear your masks, stay apart from each other, and stay sane any way possible. Cheers.
